$89.00Ongoing charges spread across their billing periods. This is a budget comparison, not a payment schedule.
From recorded billing dates.
How dates and totals work
Enter a recent or next expected charge as the billing date. Future charges repeat from that date at the recorded frequency and price. A 31st billing day becomes the last day in a shorter month, then returns to the 31st. Check your vendor’s actual billing rules.
Renewal is when the agreement renews. The notice deadline is when you must act to prevent it. They can be different from the charge date. These two dates are never inferred or repeated automatically. Record exact dates from your terms; put deadline times and time zones in notes.
“Cancel” is a decision only. Charges stay in the projection until you mark billing ended after confirmation. Ended subscriptions stay in your records, but are excluded from future totals and calendar exports. Amounts include only what you enter; include tax or fees in the charge if needed.
Subscriptions
Dates to put in the diary
Recorded renewal and notice dates, plus charges projected for your selected month. Past dates stay visible until you update the record.
Keep a copy you can come back to.
Saving a subscription stores the whole diary in this browser’s local storage, on this device and website address. Subscription details are not sent to Cloud & Capital. It does not sync between devices or browsers. Clearing browser data can remove it; private browsing may discard it. Export a CSV backup.
Illustrative examples are not saved.
CSV includes all fields and can be imported back into this tracker. Keep dates as YYYY-MM-DD when editing; spreadsheet date formats are not guessed. Import replaces your current diary only after you confirm. Calendar export covers 12 months starting with your selected month, with dated all-day events and no automatic reminders. Calendar apps control their own alerts; re-importing may duplicate events. Missing dates are not exported.
